Attention! You have 48 hours to pay for your order from the moment you receive the email with payment details. Otherwise, product availability is not guaranteed.

Orders are processed after 100% prepayment. Cash on delivery is possible after a prepayment of 200 UAH (temporarily unavailable).

Orders are prepared within 1–3 days, depending on the workload.

Shipping within Ukraine is carried out via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta at the buyer’s expense.

Returns and Exchanges

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” dated 12 May 1991 No. 1023-XII, you may return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days.

Skein yarn can be returned or exchanged only if its commercial appearance is preserved: the packaging and all labels are intact, there are no defects, and the weight matches the invoice.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your bank details within 24 hours.

If we mistakenly ship the wrong weight or article, the replacement will be carried out at our expense.

Please note: cone (bobbin) yarn is a cut-to-order product and is not eligible for return or exchange. Promotional items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
