Payment
We begin processing and preparing the order after receiving 100% payment.
The items are reserved for 48 hours from the moment the payment details are sent. If payment is not received within this period, further availability of the items cannot be guaranteed.
Cash on delivery is currently unavailable.
Online payment by bank card
You can pay for your order online through the LiqPay payment system using a Visa or Mastercard.
To do this, select “Online payment by bank card” as the payment method when placing your order.
Bank transfer
If you select “Bank transfer” as the payment method when placing your order, the payment details will automatically be sent to your email address.
You can make the payment using the mobile app or online banking service of a Ukrainian bank.
Delivery within Ukraine
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, depending on our current workload.
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer according to the carrier’s current rates.
International delivery
We ship orders worldwide.
International delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta, and the shipping cost is calculated according to the carrier’s current rates.
For international orders, payment is made in two stages:
- Payment for the goods.
- Payment of the shipping cost after the order has been packed and the shipment has been registered with the carrier.
Returns and exchanges
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, goods of proper quality may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days, provided that all requirements established by law are met.
Yarn in skeins may be exchanged or returned provided that its original condition is preserved: the packaging and all labels are intact, there are no signs of use or other damage, and the weight corresponds to that stated on the invoice.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, the funds will be refunded to the payment details provided by the buyer within 24 hours.
If we mistakenly sent the wrong weight or a different item number, the replacement will be made at our expense.
IMPORTANT!
Cone yarn is wound individually for each order and is considered cut-to-order goods; therefore, it is not eligible for exchange or return.
