The minimum order weight for cone yarn is 100g. Each order is wound onto a cone.

Yarn quantity is measured in units: 1 unit = 1g. In the cart, you can select any weight available in stock, starting from 100g.

Please make sure to check your email. There you will find a confirmation message, payment details (if paying via PrivatBank), and a list of purchased items. Availability confirmation will be sent to you via SMS.

How to place an order in the “Sakwoyag” online yarn store:

  1. Select the desired product and click the “Buy now” button — the item will be added to your cart.

  2. After adding an item to the cart, you will see the cart contents and total order cost. In the “Quantity” field, you can change the number of items in your cart (frequency 1-5g). To remove an item, click the trash icon to the left of the product image. After adjusting your order, click “Proceed to checkout”.

  3. Fill in the delivery and payment information fields. Please carefully check your personal data when placing the order, as an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number will delay delivery!
    If you have any comments or requests regarding your order, include them in the "Add comment" field. Then click the “Proceed to checkout” button.

  4. After submitting the order, a copy with all details will be sent to the email you provided.

  5. Registration. The site offers registration. It's convenient — in your personal account you can view your cart or order history.

  6. We ship orders worldwide. The cost of international delivery is paid separately according to Ukrposhta's rates. International customers make payment in two steps: 1. order payment, 2. shipping payment (after the order is packed and registered with the carrier).

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” dated 12 May 1991 No. 1023-XII, you may return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days.

Skein yarn can be returned or exchanged only if its commercial appearance is preserved: the packaging and all labels are intact, there are no defects, and the weight matches the invoice.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your bank details within 24 hours.

If we mistakenly ship the wrong weight or article, the replacement will be carried out at our expense.

Please note: cone (bobbin) yarn is a cut-to-order product and is not eligible for return or exchange. Promotional items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Please note that the shade of yarn may vary depending on your monitor settings, technical specifications, calibration, color profile used, etc. Color mismatch with your expectations is not considered a store error. While we do our best to ensure colors are as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact match on your screen. Each item is marked with a product code, and matching your ordered product to that code is our primary guarantee.
