The minimum order quantity for yarn sold from cones is 100g. Orders are rewound onto separate cones.
Yarn quantity is measured in grams: 1 unit = 1g. In the shopping cart, you can select any available quantity starting from 100g.

After you place an order, we DO NOT call to confirm it.
Please check your email. You will receive an order confirmation email containing payment details (if payment to a PrivatBank card is selected) and a list of the ordered products.
You will receive confirmation of product availability via Viber message.
All products with an active “Buy” button are currently in stock.
If you have any questions, you can call us using the phone numbers provided on the website.
We value our customers' time and do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
How to Place an Order
1. Select the product you need and click the “BUY” button — the product will be added to your shopping cart.
2. Go to your shopping cart.
After adding a product to the cart, you will see information about the selected product and the total order amount.
In the “Quantity” field, you can change the required amount of yarn. The quantity can be adjusted in 1g increments.
You do not need to click “+” to add the yarn one gram at a time. You can enter the required quantity directly, for example 1000g.
If the requested quantity is not available, the system will automatically adjust it to the actual quantity in stock.
For example, if you enter 1000g but only 500g is available, the cart will show 500g and the message “No more available” will appear.
To remove a product from the cart, click the corresponding icon to the left of the product image.
3. Fill in the fields with your delivery and payment information.
Please carefully check your information when placing an order. An incorrect or incomplete address, phone number, or other information may result in a delivery delay.
Enter the “City” field correctly and select your location from the suggested list. An incorrectly completed “City” field may prevent you from selecting “Nova Poshta” as the delivery method.
If you have any special requests or additional instructions (for example, rewinding the yarn onto several cones), please enter them in the “Order Comment” field.
If you would like to pay for your order immediately on the website using LiqPay, select “Online payment by bank card”. This payment method allows you to pay for your order from any country in the world.
If you select “Bank Transfer” as the payment method, the payment details will be automatically sent to your email address.
After completing all the required fields, click “Place Order”.
4. After placing your order, a copy of the order details will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order.
Please check your email address carefully. Even a single error in the address may prevent you from receiving the email containing payment details and order information.
5. Registration
Registration is available on our website. It is convenient because your personal account allows you to view the contents of your shopping cart and your order history.
6. International Delivery
We ship orders worldwide.
International shipping costs are charged separately according to Ukrposhta shipping rates.
For international orders, payment is made in two stages:
- Payment for the goods.
- Payment for shipping after the order has been packed and registered with the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, goods of proper quality may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days, provided that the applicable legal requirements are met.
Yarn sold in skeins is eligible for return or exchange provided that its original condition has been preserved: the packaging and all labels are undamaged, there are no signs of use or other damage, and the weight corresponds to the amount stated on the delivery note.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the payment will be refunded to the bank details provided by the customer within one day.
If we have mistakenly sent the wrong quantity or a different item, the replacement will be made at our expense.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PACKAGING COLOR
Please note: the colored paper used to package your order has nothing to do with the color of the yarn. It is only packaging material.
Before shipping, we check the yarn and pack it in colored bags. Please make sure to unpack your parcel and check the yarn and its color before concluding that the order is incorrect.
If, after unpacking, you find that the yarn or its color does not match your order, please do not use the yarn and contact us immediately.
The color of the packaging is not the color of the product and must not be used to determine the color of the yarn.
IMPORTANT!
Yarn sold from cones is a cut-to-order product. Cut-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Promotional items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise required by Ukrainian law.
Please note that the shade of yarn may vary depending on your monitor settings, technical specifications, calibration, color profile used, etc. Color mismatch with your expectations is not considered a store error. While we do our best to ensure colors are as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact match on your screen. Each item is marked with a product code, and matching your ordered product to that code is our primary guarantee.
