The quantity of cone yarn on the website is specified in units: 1 unit = 1g. For example, if you need 300g, enter "300" in the “Quantity” field. The minimum order for one colour is 100g. Each yarn item is wound onto a separate cone.

After placing an order, we DO NOT call to confirm it.
Please make sure to check your email. You will receive an order confirmation email with a list of the items ordered and, if you selected bank transfer, the payment details.
You will receive confirmation of product availability in a Viber message.
All products with an active “Buy” button are in stock.

We value our customers’ time and do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
How to place an order
1. Select the product you need and click the “BUY” button — the product will be added to your cart.
2. Go to your cart.
After adding a product to the cart, you will see information about the selected item and the total order amount.
You can change the required amount of yarn in the “Quantity” field. The quantity can be adjusted in increments of 1g.
You do not need to click “+” to add yarn one gram at a time. You can enter the required quantity directly, for example "1000", if you want to add 1kg of the product at once.
If the quantity you entered is not available, the system will automatically adjust it to the actual quantity in stock.
For example, if you enter 1000g, but only 500g is available, the cart will show 500g and the message “No more available” will appear.
To remove an item from the cart, click the corresponding icon to the left of the product image.
3. Fill in the delivery and payment information.
Please carefully check your details when placing an order. Errors or incomplete information in the address, phone number, or other fields may cause delivery delays.
Please fill in the “City” field correctly and select your locality from the suggested list. An incorrectly completed “City” field may prevent you from selecting “Nova Poshta” as the delivery method.
If you have any requests or additional instructions regarding your order (for example, to wind the yarn onto several cones), please make sure to specify them in the “Order comment” field.
If you would like to pay for your order immediately on the website using the LiqPay payment system, select “Online payment by bank card”. This option allows you to pay for your order immediately by bank card.
If you select “Bank transfer”, the payment details will automatically be sent to your email address.
After completing all required fields, click the “Place order” button.
4. After placing your order, a copy of the email containing your order details will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
Please check your email address carefully. Even a single mistake in the address may prevent you from receiving the email with payment details and order information.
Registration on the website.
Registration on the website is not required. Registered users can view their order history in their personal account.
International delivery.
We ship orders worldwide.
International shipping costs are charged separately according to Ukrposhta rates.
For international orders, payment is made in two stages:
- Payment for the goods.
- Payment of the shipping cost after the order has been packed and the shipment has been registered with the carrier.
Returns and exchanges
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, goods of proper quality may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days, provided that all requirements established by law are met.
Yarn in skeins may be exchanged or returned provided that its original condition is preserved: the packaging and all labels are intact, there are no signs of use or other damage, and the weight corresponds to that stated on the invoice.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, the funds will be refunded to the payment details provided by the buyer within 24 hours.
If we mistakenly sent the wrong weight or a different item number, the replacement will be made at our expense.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PACKAGING COLOUR
Please note: the colour of the wrapping paper or bag has no relation to the colour of the yarn. Be sure to unpack the parcel and check the product. If, after unpacking, you find that the colour or the product does not match your order, do not use the yarn and contact us immediately.
The colour of the packaging is not the colour of the product and must not be used to determine the colour of the yarn.
IMPORTANT!
Cone yarn is wound individually according to each order and is considered cut-to-order goods; therefore, it is not eligible for exchange or return.
Please note: the shade of the yarn displayed on your screen may differ from the actual colour depending on your monitor or display settings, technical specifications, calibration, and colour profile. We make every effort to reproduce colours as accurately as possible in our photographs; however, we cannot guarantee identical colour reproduction on all devices. When preparing an order, we always verify that the product item number matches the item number specified in the order.
